Principal of Regency Lawyers

Jack is the Principal of Regency Lawyers. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia after completing his Economics and Law Degrees (Masters of Law).

Jack has gained experience after working for a number of nationally and internationally recognised law firms and government departments, including, Clayton Utz, Blackstone Chambers, and the Attorney General’s Department.

Jack has a commercial background with significant business acumen. His experience includes; Commercial and Corporate Law, Property Law, Building and Construction Law and Trust Partnerships and Associations.

Jack was also an Associate Lecturer at Macquarie University in Business Law, Corporations Law and Labour Law.

Vera Hanna

Senior Associate at Regency Lawyers/Firm Manager

Vera was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales after graduating from Macquarie University with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 2004. She has over fourteen years of property and estate law experience and manages the day to day operations of the company. In 2011 Vera was also an associate Lecturer at Macquarie University. Vera has a professional, yet personal approach and prides herself on developing strong relationships with her clients.

Rebecca Chalhoub

Solicitor

Rebecca was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales after graduating from the University Of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business & Commerce. She is a general practice solicitor and her main areas of practice are Conveyancing (including Queensland settlements) as well as Wills & Estates. Her efficient and approachable manner as well as her client focused nature make her a valuable member of the Regency Team.

Sonia Almir

Paralegal & Justice of the Peace

Sonia has over twenty four years of experience in the field of property law. She is a highly valuable member of the property team, with a comprehensive and well-rounded knowledge of the law. Prior to joining Regency, Sonia worked for Robert Palmer’s Office and brings a wealth of knowledge to Regency in the areas of Conveyancing and Wills and Estates.

Our friendly receptionist is your first point of contact when contacting Regency Lawyers. Practical, approachable and a good communicator, she assists all of the Regency Lawyers Staff across all areas of law. Prior to joining Regency, she worked for a Strata Management Company as well as Bolzan & Dimitri Lawyers for over ten years.
